We keep doors and windows open for fresh air when possible. High ceilings provide extra ventilation. We have a commercial grade HVAC system with high efficiency filters.

All props and high touch surfaces are disinfected after each class.

All check-ins will be completely contactless upon arrival. We open doors 15 minutes prior to class.

Politique concernant l'équipement

For IN STUDIO CLASSES we provide mats, balls, weights, etc. but you are welcome to bring your own and we ask that you take your props home with you following class. For POP UP CLASSES please bring your own yoga mat.
