We ask that everyone be mindful of remaining 6 feet apart. To limit congregating and control traffic flow, members enter through front door and exit out of back door.

Two air purifiers in the studio as well as one in the private training room.

We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the studio. Weekly disinfecting by a commercial company that is effective against COVID among other bacteria and viruses. Weekly professional deep cleaning as well as daily studio cleaning and cleaning of all equipment after every class.
