Voir tous les avisFinally tried the legendary Barry’s on my visit to London. I didn’t realise it would be so brutal and as someone who works out regularly, I died (in a good way). This location was lovely and spacious. The changing room was big and clean with great amenities. The service was also good from reception to the trainer. As a first timer I also got a complementary protein shake which was a nice touch.

I had been going to another well-known spin studio which is a more convenient location for me, but it’s just not quite as good as Soul - particularly Lauren’s classes. The best ❤️🔥❤️🔥

Voir tous les avisFirst time taking Kelly’s class and I thought she did a pretty good job considering how empty the room was, I would definitely go again to one of her classes. One small thing was she was wearing a hat the whole lesson and the way the lighting was for most of the class, it was very difficult to see half of her face (it’s pretty dark!). Would have loved to have a bit more Florence and the machine on the playlist but otherwise all good!

It was 4x (or was it 5?) blocks of exercises for 4 mins each block. It’s a mix of weighted exercises plus cardio on the rower, ski erg and bike. You are partnered up so working simultaneously and the 45 mins flies by!

She explains everything in detail, so that you do the exercises with proper form, and the workout targets the whole body with low impact exercises. She always gives you multiple options to suit everyone’s fitness- or energy level. Loved every second of it!

She gave precise instructions great motivation, a very well programmed workout. I was very impressed by it the session was simply great and enjoyable.
