All clients and coaches are required to wear masks. We can provide disposable masks and reusable masks are available for purchase.

Sessions are held in private rooms with only client and coach. Clients are asked to come to the studio alone, if anyone accompanies the client, we ask that the companion wait outside.

All mats and high touch areas will be cleaned after each session and frequently throughout the day. Hand sanitizers are throughout the reception area an in each stretch room.
