Our studio is equipped with a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system to maintain optimal indoor conditions. Additionally, we utilize windows to allow for natural ventilation, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air.

We conduct thorough cleaning of all equipment and frequently touched areas at the conclusion of each class session.

Kickboxing equipment- Gloves are available for purchase or rent. Coaches will ask if you need them.- Wraps are for sale, or you can bring your own. We do not rent wraps.
