I love that Sara offers a lot of verbal cues and support, and many options for adjustment - all in a calm motivating way. You can tell she knows a lot about anatomy and has a yoga background, which I think is a positive combination with pilates practice. The instructor was lovely, switched between English and French seamlessly to make everyone feel included, and paced the class well. It was beginner friendly while still being challenging enough that I came out feeling very satisfied. Big recommend!

Voir tous les avisGreat instructors and lessons but the amenities need to be updated. More than once there hasn’t been any soap in the showers so you end up waiting for them to replenish it and they can’t come inside the locker rooms if people are inside/changing. You end up waiting for a while which isn’t ideal if you have to get to work straight after. Also, the door handle in one of the bathroom stalls is loose and came off when trying to open it from the inside so I was trapped until someone informed me you can wiggle the handle back in (but what if no one was in the lockers? Youd be stuck inside 😅) so overall, great classes but K/C PLEASE be more consistent with having the soap refilled and the door handles checked.

My heart and OCD complex felt suddenly relaxed as I realised the missing 3kg dumbbell had been relocated, returning to its rightful place in the dumbbell box, reunited with its lonely partner after months of separation. As I set up my bike, my fingers ruffled an extra fluffy sweat towel, and I knew this was going to be a good class. The playlist started strongly, before the intensity ramped up into a pure flow state of one pedal in front of the other. Sweat dripping, I vaguely remember a particularly challenging dumbbell track and overall brilliant vibe in the room. Het was een hatha les die wel iets weg had van een slow flow, maar dat vond ik zelf heel prettig en er was veel aandacht voor het correct uitvoeren van de poses. Qua intensiteit en duur van de les vond ik het ook perfect. Ik kom zeker terug! Klein minpuntje vond ik dat de ruimte wat ‘ruig’ was voor een yogales, maar goed je bent natuurlijk in een sportschool en niet in een yogashala!

It would be nice if his voice could be a bit lower and softer as sometimes when you’re in a relaxed state it can wake you up or feel too loud for the state of mind you’re in, especially during shavasana, but otherwise an excellent class with great yin poses. 🙏🏽
