Bring your own mat.Wash hands on arrival and exit. Hand sanitiser or hot water, soap and hand towels will be provided by the door. I will be using disinfectant to clean areas such as door handles, table surfaces, the toilet area, before and after class. Windows will be kept open for ventilation.

Maximum class size is 10 people.
