Voir tous les avisI’ve never been to any of Hayley’s classes before and apparently she was a sub?? Which is so surprising because that was my favorite SCULPT45 class I’ve ever taken! I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Thanks for a great workout and start to my day, Hayley!

Voir tous les avisI normally don't like bootcamp/ HIIT type classes, but I signed up for this one to try something new. And I'm glad I did! With only 45 seconds per station, the time went by really quickly. Everyone was really friendly and helped me feel comfortable with the structure of the class. I didn't get the vibe that I should feel intimidated or embarrassed by the fact that I was using light weights and modifying exercises, either. The instructor did a good job of modeling, and he also came around to check on everyone (especially the newbies like me). Thanks for the great class!

The atmosphere she creates is like no other—motivating, fun, and completely immersive. The studio itself is incredible—one of, if not the most unique cycle studios out there. Voir tous les avisI love Sahana! Her classes are amazing and she’s very encouraging and explains everything so well. I love how intentional she is. My only feedback is to be mindful of class timing. Her classes usually run over time, sometimes 10 to 15 mins. On the weekends I don’t mind, however, when it’s an early morning or lunch class it makes it tight to get back to work. Other than that 10/10! Go check her out!

It is a pleasure for me to attend her sessions as she is very patient and intentional with her teachings. I recommend her class at R1, as it is also heated and will give you a sweat along with a great burn. Expect to be sculpted, uplifted and walking out a little taller from the studio.

Voir tous les avisOne Lagree is always recommended, as it’s conveniently set in turtle creek.. walking distance from Katy Trail and has an abundance of classes from the early morning into the night. I took a class with Nicole which has a very chill and cool style of teaching! She has the most diverse musical playlist and you can clearly hear all of her instructions, she doesn’t scream or yell. (This is such a big deal in small studios that have microphones.👀) I like how she demonstrates each move and walks around the reformers to make suggestions and set up the machines for the clients during the session, such a small gesture that is a very big help while class is going on. Also, has a great personality and is really sweet, she teaches with intention.

I wish they would have a sign up OR reinforce where mats go on floor so it’s not confusing.

It’s no surprise that, along with myself, other riders do not plan on returning to CycleBar after V’s last class. She is the best instructor to ever step foot in CycleBar Uptown Dallas. The owners have clearly displayed their neglect for the upkeep and safety of riders, equipment, and staff. The only goal they seem to have is locking in new members. I’ll miss the good vibes V always channeled in rides and the community that was built, despite the outcome of the studio.

Someone bumped their leg hardly into my eyes in the middle of the session, and it would’ve been nice if they said sorry. Accidents happen, but let’s be thoughtful of what we are doing!

Voir tous les avisEve. is one of the most beautiful studios I've been to. Everything was sparking clean and the vibes were so amazing. I felt empowered and strong through my whole visit! Tori was great, her class challenged us physically but no where did I feel pain or like I was going to give up. Additionally, the pace was nice and the exercises were very balanced. Like I never felt like I was straining any group. The music was great but the only thing is I sat at the back and it was so loud. I couldn't hear most of the instruction, I wished I had a warning about the noise or brought earplugs.

I like that she gives us things to be mindful of rather than constantly worrying about individual corrections. This class was especially challenging and I loved it!

Idk it’s hard to explain but it was just like not super relevant to the workout which annoys me. I think small blips of motivation is fine but when it becomes a ted talk it’s too much. But sequence was solid.. I don’t love doing 3 lunges back to back for my hip flexors but it was effective and I think he’ll be good (not sure if he’s new)
