So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

Personally I’m not a fan of working out in a heated room as I’m prone to temperature-related headaches, but if there’s a non-heated class I will surely be a repeat client!

Everyone was so kind and made sure I was set up for success with my bike and had all the info I needed. This class was definitely tough but Chad was so positive and an incredible instructor. Making the entire class wait for three people (all first timers who required an orientation) is not acceptable. It is disruptive to the class and hard on the teacher. All other students were on time and this negatively impacts their schedule, for example childcare, transit and plans post class. The latecomer and cancellation policy is clear and should be enforced.

The class was challenging and interesting. The amenity was ok. Change room and showers were clean. However, there were only two clean towels and I couldn’t find hair dryer.

He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

Voir tous les avisClean and modern facilities with ample space between the designated spots in the studio. I’m fairly tall and didn’t feel cramped even with a full class. There’s a heated area on one side and non-heated on the other. Mats and equipment are provided which is great because I always forget mine. This is my new go-to spot for hot yoga and pilates! However I do wish there were more heated classes on the schedule.

That being said - the rest of the class seemed to be very much into the music and momentum so I’d recommend her class for anyone looking for a high energy workout.

The pace is a little different from places like Lagree but I find the targeting of the muscles- especially the intrinsic ones was amazing here. It was as though Erin had eavesdropped into my physiotherapist’s recommendations. Thanks for a wonderful class. Will be back

She is a great instructor and always takes the time to correct me and help me get the right technique (something extremely important to me given my history with back issues).
