Voir tous les avisThe space was cozy and made me instantly feel relaxed. This was my first yoga class ever and the instructor was amazing at guiding us through what we had to do. It was a calm, refreshing class with a mix of stretching and HIIT movements. There were different “levels” to each exercise so anyone would be able to join in no matter the circumstances. Highly recommend.
