Voir tous les avisI had a great experience in this class. The instructors were very friendly. All the movements for the workouts and the times for each station are shown on the screens, which makes it easy to follow along. I would highly recommend this place, even if you are a beginner.

Voir tous les avisToday’s leg workout was atrocious, has me feeling like Leonidas in Sparta with the leg kick scene. They said teamwork is key… that’s a lie I was dying alone. All jokes aside I’m loving the classes a little more each time. The trainer Andrew had some thunder thighs so I know there’s a method to his madness in these exercises. Looking forward to the next one.

They were so kind and welcoming. They did a great job covering all the details beforehand and Sam's instruction was clear and motivating. I will be back for sure!

Burned 500 calories in an hour, worked my butt off I would no doubt have the body of my dreams with this membership. Fully geared towards women, weight machines are mostly booty. She really pushed me to my limit- they have a sauna as well that you can use- they even have transformation makeover photo shoots- this place is awesome!!!!!!! I will one million percent be back soon.

The fabulous and friendly instructor, Paige, made this new exercise experience memorable—her spot -on cueing and detailed explanation of moves in the bungee were impeccable which made executing them for the first time easier, her upbeat, FUN music was awesome and perfect for the moves, and she makes a connection with everyone in the class which I think is important. I’ve never felt so elated and “free” after an exercise class, but this is a different type of exercise class altogether! It really feels AMAZING to move around with a bungee cord on:))) You have to listen and pay attention to the directions, but once you get it, it’s such a liberating, exciting experience. Try it!! I did it with my daughter and we had a blast together!!!
