Only thing is the heat wasn’t really turned on and I wish it would’ve been warmer. I hardly sweat it all. He also taught at the back of the room so we were all facing away from the mirror. I prefer to be able to check my alignment in the mirror. But still a really good teacher.

Her classes are all encompassing —a steady flow simple enough to follow with your eyes closed but thorough enough to leave feeling like a more disciplined yogi. Her queues are beautiful, she’s right there with you, and the cold lavender towels and changing mood lighting during savasana is chefs kiss 🤌🏼
