Voir tous les avisSUCH a great class! I’m 6 weeks postpartum and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years so coming back in this new body to the same old practice has been so rewarding. Samantha as a teacher is exactly what I love about a good hot yoga class: clear cues on postures, firm and grounding warm up flow and then brings the energy for sun salutations/standing portion of class and has a steady relaxing wind down into savasana. I was so present in class for a second there i ALMOST forgot I had a newborn waiting for me at home. 10/10 will be backkk

I do love loud music and the playlist was perfect, but I just couldn’t hear the words she was saying but for the most part I could follow her by watching so it was good

Voir tous les avisWhat a great class! Shona was a great guide through this practice and the practice itself was very beneficial and relaxing! One thing I would say is to dim the lights from the entrance or get curtains to block out the light from the classroom. The room space itself is gorgeous overlooking the water and fountains. Will def be coming back for more sessions!

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body. Ann created such a peaceful atmosphere and guided everything beautifully. Highly recommend her class! 🧘♀️✨
