Voir tous les avisThis class gave me life! Where do I begin? Enjoyed that the choreography was shared with step counts without music and at the front of the class and at the back of the class. The teacher, Taylor’s energy was infectious. Enjoyed taking choreography from the top with different songs with similar tempo. I left the class feeling INVINCIBLE!!!

She has a beautifully rare blend of providing motivation, safely pushing you to your max while not being annoying or corny. The vibe is always fun and a GREAT cardio workout - amidst an industry that sometimes forgets how important this component is (vs. strength training only). Before you know it, the workout is done, you feel incredible and the rest of the day is yours.

It may be too difficult for folks who are super new to ballet, but I think it’s great for dancers or folks who have some past dance training. The instructor was super kind and informative too. I’ll definitely be back.
