For it being my first time at this studio, I really appreciated how welcoming Celine was. I was on the struggle bus in the beginning, but as the class went on I caught on and was able to keep up with the rest of the class. This class provided the challenge I needed and I’m going to have to add it to the rotation. Thanks, Celine!

Everyone else had socks but I did go barefoot, the mats were grippy so I felt secure but I didn’t get sweaty. Molly was great with instruction and correction. She’s also funny so if you like a bit of lightness, she’s a great choice.

There was a moment where I wasn’t super comfortable with something and she completely adjusted the workout. I will be back!

It was my very first time using a reformer so I was nervous but Kamya helped me along the way. Her class wasn’t easy but it also wasn’t so hard it felt intimidating, I would book again!

The studio is spacious and class size is limited to a few of us which allows for attention and personalization. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for Pilates that is intentional in pace and focus!
