Voir tous les avisCeleste is wonderful. so welcoming and warm. her voice and the way she leads class is beautiful for yin practice (but I'm sure she's great in other styles). tonight I entered with a clouded mind and stiff body from traveling. I left more at peace than I have been in weeks and my body feeling more grounded. so grateful.

Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!
