Joya was an incredible instructor. The way she explained every movement, combined with her calming tone of voice, made me forget how stiff I was and truly allow myself to sink into each stretch. It was such a refreshing change of pace.

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

Voir tous les avisFirst time in F45 and I must say it was a great experience. Clayton was very kind and helps us how to do the proper workout. I love the 20 stations. As a beginner, it wasn’t that bad. There were stations that I can’t really finish completely at the moment but overall it was pretty much understandable on what to do and how to do properly. Probably next time I get the hang of it. Will surely come back and recommend the gym to my friends 👍

Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she went around the room to check on everyone, making sure we were all doing the movements correctly. It's clear she genuinely cares about everyone in the class, no matter their experience level. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this class to anyone — whether you're a beginner or a regular!

Jade was really supportive, and what I loved about her the most, unlike other instructors outside, is that she doesn’t force you to do more than what you’re capable of. I VALUE THIS THE MOST because exercise should be enjoyable and challenging to an extent!!
