The class mirrored the energy of the transition from day to night - slowing down, and becoming soft. The sound healing at the end was icing on the cake of a wonderful experience 🤍. Have to fight through some of the poses.. but literally felt instructor having a little glance my way to make sure okay. Loved the class will be back!!!
