Voir tous les avisExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

Voir tous les avisChris was amazing! I have a lot of mobility limitations right now and she had modifications for everything so I could still safely participate and still enjoy the class! Love the knowledge of all of the movements and muscles. Great enthusiasm and a lot of variety in the moves. Can’t wait to come again!

Voir tous les avisThe studio is beautiful and spacious, but it was so absolutely FREEZING in this room. I could not believe that I never got warm through the entire practice. The air conditioning was pumping & the ceiling fans were on high, which is honestly quite absurd for the end of December. The teacher was quite competent, clearly well trained and the class itself was a fantastic level one. However the Elan’s demeanor was as icy as the room. I find it off putting when studio teachers don’t say hello, avoid eye contact or refrain from acknowledging a majority of the students in class.
