Voir tous les avisI loved this studio and the instructor! The class focused on slow, controlled movements, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t about rushing through the workout or cramming in as much as possible like so many other studios do. The pace made me feel more connected to each movement, and I left feeling centered. I also got a beautiful ring from their gift shop. I’ll be back.
