Voir tous les avisKendall is very clear with her instructions on each pose. The flow started out slow to warm up the body and then after the pace picked up a bit so you could really feel the movements. I enjoyed this class and would definitely recommend it.

Voir tous les avisThe class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!
