Esther was such an incredible instructor, so kind & understanding of my injuries and still was able to give me an amazing full-body workout. I felt seen and heard which can be difficult in class settings esp. when specific modifications are needed (such as in my case). This was one of the best classes (if not the best) I’ve taken in LA and Evoken is by far the prettiest, vibe-iest studio!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time at this studio and I really enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t crazy hot or pumped with extra humidity. There is heat, just not an insane amount. If you’re sweating, it’s because you’re actually working hard :) The instructor was great at throwing out extra options for more advanced students while also offering the option to skip certain parts of you needed rest or a modification. The dark room with candlelight was nice for focusing on yourself and your own practice. I’m just passing g through the area but would come back!
