The change up in the playlist elevated and energized my mood! The surprising mash-ups of Bryan Adams, One Republic, Justin Bieber, etc was so fun. Loved the pop songs! And of course, Haley is just so awesome!!! Love the way she leads her classes!!!

I always leave feeling strong and ready to seize the day ; ). I really appreciate the complimentary sweat towels, mat wipes and water bottle station. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!

That being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I stuck around and got a good workout in with one of the regulars. Not the experience I was expecting, but a good experience none the less.
