It’s described as the fundamentals and think that’s accurate - beginners would feel welcome here but someone who has done Ashtanga before would still enjoy the pared down primary sequence and getting to skip jump backs and forwards if desired. Carlotta was lovely and very encouraging, offering assists and advice throughout. It might not be intense enough for a hardcore Ashtangi, but for the rest of us it was a wonderful start to a Sunday

I also tried their Ballet Barre and Tai Chi classes—both were small, intimate sessions with a maximum of six students, allowing for more personalized attention and corrections when needed. The classes are suitable for all levels, but what stood out to me was how well they catered to seniors.
