    Anti Gravity Yoga

I had an unusually small class according to Armando and I got to go slower because of it. I am grateful as I probably would have been intimidated out of doing most of it. Anti-gravity yoga is no joke, it requires a lot of core strength -- which I do not have much of, but it was still really fun. I was able to mostly keep up with about 4 months of mostly yin yoga experience ALL WHILE NOT TOUCHING THE FLOOR. The class is really great for releasing tension in the hips and back, I cracked a bunch both while doing the poses and after. When you do return to the floor, your body feels so different. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for an entirely unique yoga experience all while pushing your practice to new heights (pun intended).

Such a relaxing and comfortable class! Jess, the teacher, makes sure you’re comfortable with every movement, so I’d highly recommend this class for anyone starting off!

Leah was amazing. Her class is the perfect balance of a workout, stretch, and relaxation to recenter for the evening.
