    Rikk is a very nice and supportive professional instructor! You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

    POWER CYCLE

    I just had my first class woth Griselda today! This was probably the best cycling class I’ve taken so far. I think I say that with every cycling class and instructor I take at Bodyrok, but it’s true! My experience gets better EVERY. TIME. As soon as I walked in, Griselda was instantly at my side, talking to me, and I felt so special! LOL She didn’t even ask me what I needed she just KNEW, adjusted my shoes while having conversation without me even asking, fixed my seat and handlebar and it was THE MOST COMFORTABLE ride I’ve ever had like everything was perfect, the seat didn’t hurt like it usually does and it made performing the choreography super achievable, especially when keeping up with the RPMS. As soon as I looked around and found my seat, I could tell what kind of teacher Griselda was, everyone genuinely seemed so excited and comfortable to be there, and throughout class, she made sure that we were all aware of our fellow riders and that this wasn’t just an entirely individual experience, but rather, a collective and supportive experience that everyone relied on the other for, for support. She made everything so clear to follow and patiently guided us through the class but definitely knew when to push us to step out of our comfort zones. This was such an AMAZING environment to be in!     Loved this class. Challenging and sculpting. Worked up a good sweat which lets me know the movements were getting me there. The instructor was very friendly and engaging, making sure movements were being done right and providing modifications. Cool lavender towels at the end! AMAZING! I will be back.

    Daisy has great energy. Cueing is tough for a beginner but most of the class was very experienced and the wall of mirrors made it easy to follow along. I recommend you have some yoga experience before taking a 60 min version because the poses go quickly. The room gets very hot so be prepared with a mat towel. I recommend this studio if bikram is your style!
