Voir tous les avisvery high energy class! they walk you through all the moves, and the instructor does them with you, so it’s easy to catch up if you’re confused. the music was loud and fun. the workout was challenging, i’ve never done a workout class like this before, but i really enjoyed it. kickboxing will get you sweating, but it’s a good feeling!

What sets him apart is that he actually walks around and corrects form — something I wish more coaches did. You can tell he genuinely cares about his members getting the most out of every session. Highly recommend!

If you're interested in those things but cycling here. If you're thinking about it, stop questioning it. And reserve that class, you want a fun time. You want a good vibe . and show your self you can do then This is the place, no matter what you do.
