She has truly inspired me and grew my love for yoga through this class, I was open to so many opportunities, this class minimized my stress so much and it has improved my flexibility. if your body feels any soreness, any pain take this class I promise you by the end of the class your body will feel such a relief. She was great at queuing the class and making sure everyone was comfortable. The studio is a little hidden but it’s at the VERY end of the building past Royal Palm Brewing (I hope this helps a first timer like me) will definitely be back!!
