He brought incredible energy and made the workout so much fun—I was dancing between sets and still dancing after class! The workout was truly the highlight. And what a setting, right in the heart of Hayes Valley, with the farmers market happening alongside us. Add Gala on the DJ deck bringing the FIRE music, and it was such an incredible way to start a Saturday morning. 🔥🔥🔥 The whole team at this location is so welcoming and warm. I’ll definitely be back. Fred, you were amazing! Highly recommend this class—especially outdoors!
