Voir tous les avisWas having a rough mental health day. But I still came to class and danced. I was super more slow than usual because of my work day/problems! But the instructor did a great job showing the foot and arm choreo. Very helpful Usually she checks the temperature of the class and she did today. She had us watch her, practice his choreo, and went slow until we got it :)

Voir tous les avisAmazing technique workout; afterwards I was exhausted but happy.
