Voir tous les avisI have been going to Pranify yoga for about a year now, and Chelsea is by far my favorite instructor! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a great teacher! She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve! I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after going to one of her classes!

High intensity and my arms were screaming by the end, but the intervals were short enough that I could keep pushing myself without just standing there staring at the clock willing time to pass by. The locker rooms and showers were also nice, a great bonus since I have to head straight to work after.

Voir tous les avisJordan and Andrés are the best coaches, they are always so encouraging and have great energy and enthusiasm! They are also very organized and make the classes run seamlessly! The central district location is also a nice big space so you don’t feel like you’re crammed in and the bathroom area is big as well and very well maintained!

Voir tous les avisStacy is an incredible instructor. Super motivating and always plays great music! I wasn’t sure how I felt about the leadership board- so I asked to be removed (you can do that!). However, I found the competition aspect quite fun! I would highly recommend her classes!

Voir tous les avisDani was very nice and encouraging (even though she had lost her voice!!). the class seems very adaptable to different skill/fitness levels and Dani helped with certain exercises where I wasn't sure of my form. some of the regulars were very friendly as well. would definitely come back here!

Voir tous les avisJose was a great instructor. Super enthusiastic and welcoming. I think this class is a good fit for anyone who isn’t looking for something too strenuous. There were quite a few people who were much older (I’m 31). If you want to make it more difficult, definitely add some risers.

Great motivation at go hard but also reminded us to take breaks when we really needed it. Would definitely come back!

We worked balance & deep core along with the 6-pack, all of legs & arms/upper body. Good instructor who offered modifications as needed.
