Instead of a flow we mixed it up today and did 1 minute long holds of yoga poses like chair pose and half moon. We had a Pilates section and used our body weight - it was challenging but not TOO challenging. We had a nice long cool down and stretch section too :)

Krysten is an intuitive guide and what I call a yoga coach due to the inspiration needed as the challenges arise of a fluctuating mind during some of the kriyas. The mind essentially plays tricks on us and we breathe through it for transformation. Even on days when I consider not going because of transportation or length of time to get there, I remember how I feel during and especially after. Kundalini is an energetic yoga, so be prepared to work through the stickiness (discomfort). Your aura will later reflect 🧖🏽♀️ soundbath is juicy - generally I go somewhere. Incredible!
