I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.

The place smelt great and was very soothing. She repeated words of affirmations and inspirational quotes and poems throughout the hour.
