Voir tous les avisFirst moments I found it odd to have videos showing the moves throughout class. (Strength stations day.) Then I realized how handy they are for referencing form questions that I had while doing the moves. And the instructors rove around giving form tips. The time is efficiently used, with one overview and the. The video loops for reference and expert input. What I was really hoping for came - ten minutes after class I caught myself humming in the grocery store. This might be the type workout that spikes my serotonin. Looking forward to going again and seeing if the next class gifts the chemical happy too. I also liked the instructors. Helpful, warm, grounded.

And then there are classes that are extremely VIBEY and make you feel like you’re at the club. This class is the latter. 10/10 would recommend but only if you kinda know what you’re doing

FYI: you will need to rent gloves ($3) and buy a wrist wrap ($8) - the glove rental I don’t mind but the wrap is a bummer since I’m never going to use it again. Wish there was a way to donate them back to other classpassers!

Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!

Voir tous les avisKelly is really great with modifications for injuries, and she's also great at teaching you how to do something you've never done before. for example, I thought that I simply couldn't do camel pose. every single time I tried to do it I just got light-headed. she taught me how to work slowly into the pose in the proper way and it doesn't make me light-headed anymore. usually lol

She is energetic, motivating, clear with her instructions, tough but with love, and has the best cues. Her class is always invigorating and empowering. It’s the perfect workout to work every muscle big and small throughout your body. You also feel more grounded and focused. After all, it’s yoga! If you want to experience a challenging yoga session and take your Vinyasa up a notch, take this class!!

Katya was great at her verbal cues which she used predominantly to explain everything.
