Voir tous les avisThis class was an experience to take in, the energy I felt from the trainer Andrew dewar was breathtaking. Keeps you motivated and moving. I am a gym guy and prefer the typical weights but this class combines weights with movements that keeps you as a constant motion burning an unbelievable amount of calories. If you’re looking for something to lose weight, Burn Fat and still retain a good muscle mass, I will recommend taking his class. PS the playlist is fire.
