CYCLE 45
Voir tous les avisThis class was amazing! It was my first time attending a cycling class and Frank was the best introductory instructor. He was very polite and helpful with navigating the gear and bike set up. Then, very motivating and high-energy from start of class to finish. I would definitely recommend CYCLE 45 and look forward to taking it again soon.

Voir tous les avisThis was my first Interval class and though I was a bit nervous, Joshua didn’t make me feel behind or let me get lost. He encouraged all of us to take it to the next level regardless of current ability and we did it! Great energy from start to finish; I would definitely recommend.

Voir tous les avisInstructors are always so helpful and great! They push you, help rack weights, and coach! Piston wasn’t my favorite - very quick pods and felt like didn’t leave much time for many quality reps

Voir tous les avisPaige was amazing!!! I took her sculpt class and it was an 8:15 pm class on Labor Day. I ended up being the only one to sign up. What could’ve been an awkward class for both of us, ended up being so much fun and a challenging workout!! She was so friendly, listened when I needed breaks and pushed me to have a great workout! Thank you, Paige!!!

Voir tous les avisGreat workout. 27 stations, 2x through. First lap is 45/15 and second lap is 35/15. Only 30 seconds of rest between laps, which feels kinda crazy. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

Voir tous les avisSo rarely do I feel the incentive to actually post a review on here but Carly’s Strength X class at CorePower Yoga was one of the best I’ve had on here. The facility itself is already great with showers and a free Mat rental for your first visit. The class itself was challenging enough to push me to work hard but didn’t feel overwhelming. I feel amazing afterward. Thank you Carly!

Voir tous les avisVery supportive and helpful space to strength train! I came as a complete novice and accidentally signed up for the most fast paced class. They still walk you through it, correct form, focus on protecting from injury while encouraging you to push yourself even if you think you can’t do it.

Voir tous les avisI had a great workout at Train Moment! The class was perfect for all fitness levels as you can adjust the weight for each exercise based on your own strength and comfort level. The instructor started the class by breaking down each exercise and explaining the reps. The workout itself was challenging in the best way. I love leaving a workout sweaty and feeling like I really worked, but not feeling like I pushed myself so hard that I’ll be sore for the next few days. Another big plus is the free parking. The area can get pretty busy, so not having to worry about finding parking makes getting to class that much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and felt like I got a great workout. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

Voir tous les avisInstructor was great, personable, and very welcoming. Easy to follow along and I appreciated her feedback as someone who dosent have a ton of yoga experience. Voir tous les avisKatie was great! Very well rounded class, good energy, songs, and transitions. I've been coming to CorePower for about a year now and the classes are always great. However I really can't believe they still charge $4 to rent a mat... and don’t offer towels. Pretty insane costs on top of a membership. Just something to consider! I don't know of any other studios that charge for towels.
