    Great class. I really enjoyed it. We worked in pairs and went round the gym using the equipment, weights and also body weight. Each set of exercise worked a particular muscle group. Nice and varied workout and Peter ensured he was constantly going round the class to assist everyone. Super friendly instructor.

    This was my first time trying aqua hiit and Sonal was great! This is definitely a low-impact workout but it’s great if you’re recovering from an injury or just want to enjoy 45 mins in the water moving your body. Would recommend!

    Class was hard! I am very new to weights and circuit. I don’t really have the strength or energy at my age. But that’s why I went. To gradually build strength and energy. The trainer was attentive. The instructions were quick as (I think) I was the only beginner at this session. It’s definitely fast beginners. If I had never exercised before, I doubt if I could have got through it. 👍🏾👍🏾
